"To start with the sign is covered by bushes and can't be read. Room had strange smell. Drawers barely opened and smelled of mothballs. No toiletries. Breakfast was cereal or toast. Cereal looked like it was there for years. Front desk staff were very abrupt."

"I stayed at the same hotel chain near Legoland about a month ago and expected the Alcoa Airport location to offer a similar experience, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The hotel has a very strong musty smell throughout the property. Everyone in my family experienced allergy symptoms after the first night. Housekeeping is not provided daily; instead, rooms are serviced every other day for guests staying five nights or more, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was also not working...

"I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room."

"This place is beautiful. Lots of walking paths for your dog. Amazing scenery. The only thing is make sure you have all the food you need before you get there. There is a store but not much but GREAT ice cream."

"As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants."

"What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. They provide bikes that can be ridden along their beautiful trails and a fire pit that’s complete with the makings for some mores. I cant imagine staying anywhere else in maryville."
