"Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access."

"Domus Reis is amazing! I loved that the property keep many architectural and artful features from the previous palace. It is in the heart of old Hania. The staff is respectful, informative and eager to please. The breakfasts were delicious. I loved the avocado toast! Free parking is available close by. I highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful , historical hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Good breakfast which we enjoyed sat outside in the beautiful garden. Room was also beautiful , cleaned to high standard . 15 minutes walk via scenic coastal route to nearest beach and restaurants. Close to venetian harbour and old town chania"

"Located centrally, this hotel is stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you are used to North American style car garages, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Breakfast was incredible as well. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in the suite at Elia Palatino. Reception is in a sister hotel a couple doors down and it is staffed 24 hours which was great. We were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, and we could pop in at any point to ask questions or get help with anything. The room itself was nicely appointed and the balcony views of the harbor were beautiful. My only complaint is that we went to use the wine glasses and discovered they were dirty and unwashed.
