"Our room was clean. The staff were friendly. It’s an older hotel that’s had a makeover with thoughtful decor. We had some difficulty at check-in; they assigned us to a room that was already occupied. However, the front desk staff were very apologetic and got us reassigned to another room. The breakfast was good - had fresh breakfast burritos, which was nice. Overall, pretty good and priced appropriately."

"Everything was great about the hotel and the breakfast was good. But there should be alerts to warn travelers ahead of time that trailers are not allowed in their parking lot and the shopping center next to the hotel will tow. If you’re traveling with a trailer, keep this in mind."

"The room we had was an expansive king suite . Itwas very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was very quiet with a pool and hot tub view. The staff were exemplary and the valet parking was very quick and efficient when we took our car out, which wasnt often because the hotel is a quick walk to the plaza. I plan to stay here again soon."

"Drury Hotels have a wonderful breakfast available to all as well as a 530 meal. it makes it so easy in that you do not have to go to an expensive restaurant. This hotel was within walking distance to the Indian market which was another plus. The room was available early and had been cleaned well. Staff were always helpful."

"Property is in a great location, courtyard is very nice and quick access to the plaza and shops. Santa Fe is a really nice town and the hotel essentially located. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Rooms were a little dated, but overall stay was great."
