"The property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The daily breakfast helped get us ready for the day, although I'd recommend the local coffee shop over the hotel coffee, personally. The indoor pool was a great way to start or end the day. Overall the staff and property were well worth the charges and helped provide for a great visit."
"Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. All of the staff wanted to say hello to her. The room was very comfy and the location was great. "
"Spacious clean room, has small refrigerator and keurig for coffee a plus. Valet parking convenient and courteous service. Convenient location in downtown Asheville, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again when in downtown Asheville. "
"Amazing Stay ;) I had an issue the day I Checked in with a guy who asked me for Money as I was walking inside to Check in ( I had bags in my hands & My dog on a Leash ) . I told him I had NO cash but he told me well there is an ATM Inside ??Ugh …I ignored him & Went inside . Later on I was at the bar Ordered a drink & Food when I heard someone Saying Hello to me I turned around & Saw it was that same guy ? He sat at the bar next to me & Asked the Bartender for a Glass of Water but I couldn’t...
"I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel.
I only really marked down a category because the place has a somewhat dated but sophisticated feel to it (spacious rooms with lovely views with ‘popcorn style ceilings’) …
Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond!
