"We expected more of this one specially for the price breakfast was average TV service stop working for 2 days and something we noticed in tge hotels we stayed in California coffe was not good on any of tge hotels."

"This property is beautiful, magical, and charming. The staff is top notch. The breakfast everyday was excellent and compliments to the omelet chef! Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. We loved riding the electric bikes through town. The property, staff, and food is a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. 5 stars all the way. We are looking forward to returning next year."

"The property was close to downtown Napa as well as to many vineyards. The room was well equipped to meet our needs. There were restaurants on site. A great place to stay!"

"The hotel met our needs and expectations. Parking was just enough, not a vacant spot. Spacious basic room, I like the light-up vanity mirror. One thing to improve , the bathroom could use a stronger exhaust fan, so the bathroom doesn't get all steamed up with condensation after the first user."

"The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher."

"Great place! Super nice people, clean room, and great free breakfast… although the 2 choices are the same ever day. A little disappointed that they discontinued the complimentary charcuterie cups… But you can order charcuterie to be delivered to your room at check-in. They still do offer wine sampling each night. And their laundry service is a life saver!"

"This was a great place to stay! We had rooms in one of the cottages and it was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good and staff excellent. Location was perfect for a short walk to downtown Napa. We will stay here again on our next trip to Napa!"
