"This is really nice accommodations. I would say that it’s not especially conducive to tourists as it’s more of a condo situation. No maid service during the stay, one complimentary set of towels and coffee, then you’re on your own. Asked for towels and coffee. Got 4 towels (no hand towels or washcloths) thrown on a chair and 4 k-cups of decaf coffee left on a counter far away from the coffee maker. "Stayed 4 nights. Liked the property very centrally location everything walkable, it has a rooftop restaurant, it has a breakfast place, it is an older building but beautifully maintained. They have a 5pm social where you can join the guests and have drinks and light snacks. The management team is helpful. They also have fineness center. The area felt safe and hotel has security. For in room coffee or tea you need to ask for the set."

"As soon as I walked in the building, it smelled wonderful. I love aroma therapy! Combine that with the cleanliness of the lobby and the friendly staff. I was hooked. For me the location was the best part because everything I wanted to do was in the same location. The rooms were very clean, the size of the room was perfect. The only drawback, if I had to find one was the breakfast. The potatoes were under cooked."

"I call them to explain what was happening and why I was canceling my hotel. I was canceling it due to the weather. Later to find out the airplane had been hit by lightning on it way to Atlanta and also in Chicago there was power outages and flooding and they still wanted to charge me for the three hotel rooms for that one day and they did, they know the weather was bad and I couldn’t make it to the hotel. but that’s OK, we got home safe that’s our what matters."

"The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. However, I would recommend the hotel take better care of the carpet throughout the lobby and rooms. My room’s carpet had many stains, and the carpet in the lobby also was quite stained, and also smelled of urine at times. Other than that, the room was decent, aside from the loud AC going all night. But I was thankful it was working since those days the temperature was in the 90s."
