All the staff there were helpful, polite especially the front desk, the host of breakfast at Printemps and the elderly man that directs cars going in the hotel. The location is great, close to many places like Monorail station, Kokusai shopping street and airport. Will definitely stay there again."

If I may offer some suggestions to make the stay even better: the room would benefit from a chair with back support, as the sofa is a bit too low and deep for resting properly. Additionally, the pillows aren't quite comfortable for me—one feels too low while the other is too high, which made it difficult to rest well."
