"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"This hotel was super nice! I was not expecting so much history that had happened there but it’s a very iconic hotel. We love how beautiful and grand the hotel was right away in the lobby. The pool was fun and indoor. Very old school you feel like you’re somewhere in Europe. I took my 7 and 9 year old and they really enjoyed that. The pool was warm and for it being indoor it wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be with the humidity. One thing I wish it did have was more food options for the kids at...

"Even though the the website I booked from said free parking, they wouldn’t honor that when I arrived at the hotel!!! Additionally, there was a notice on the window that said the $10 parking fee would be raised to $ 25 if there was a dodger game that evening!!!"

"Lamentablemente no tuve la mejor experiencia. Me infestaron hormigas, no me cambiaron la habitación, solo fueron a “limpiar” pero me dejaron todas las hormigas muertas ahí. Una falta de respeto completamente. Le comenté a la host que había un huésped que hacía ruido a las 5 de la mañana y le valió, no me respondió. La host, se tardaba en responderme. No volvería. "
