"Had to attempt to check in x3 times to room not being ready at 2pm - stated hotel was busy, however others being allocated rooms straight away who were on a conference. "

"Great hotel for a great price. Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. "Parking no problem and got a lovely warm welcome! Have stayed here on three different occasions and always had the best welcome and warmest hospitality! Room was comfortable and very clean , food was lovely and would highly recommend the Scotsman Pack to anyone. Will be definitely be returning at some time later this year! 😃😃"

"Old Hall is a quirky, beautiful old building. The bedroom was cosy and clean. The reception staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was a little disappointed. We had to ask for water, brown sauce, baked beans, teaspoons and tables were left with dirty plates for longer than needed "
