"The room was spacious, clean with lovely thick fluffy towels. Very modern bathroom with great shower. We were also upgraded to a deluxe double room which was a nice surprise. "

"Fabulous hotel. Welcoming staff, great food (dinner and breakfast), easy to find, loads of parking. Children welcomed, even really tired and grumpy ones after a full day at Legoland nearby. Only minor criticism is no fridge in hotel room (despite a deceptive-looking fridge shaped cupboard!) which would’ve helped us out a lot with our picnic for the following day. "

"The food was lovely breakfast had lots of options and the dinner menu was fantastic! It was a shame we couldn’t dine in the restaurant as it was only allowed for people ordering the set valentine menu .. so we ate at the bar. The swimming pool was cold which was unfortunate. Along with staff cleaning out the drains in front of us by the showers as we swam. But the sauna and steam room and gym facilities were good along with robes to walk down in from our room. The £75 deposit per night was not...

"Good sized pool and gym. Average breakfast and dining room small. Lovely bedroom with everything you need. Pleasant staff. Lovely grounds. Ample parking. Good value for money paid."

"Great welcome on arrival, staff in the bar could not have been more helpful, they were great and looked happy to be there! Rooms were clean and the bed very comfy - My only very small gripe was the heat in both the rooms I booked was like trying to sleep in a sauna even with the air con on"

"A few more coffee, tea and sugar sachets would be nice and perhaps a note to say where they can be found (it took me a while to discover that there was a drawer under the kettle stand)."

"We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i"

"Firstly, this hotel lies on its website. The water is not from Blenheim Palace it is ice Valley from Tesco. The furniture in the room is not mango wood it is chipboard. There was no powerful mixer shower but a fine mist coming out of a plastic showerhead. The room we ended up with looked nothing like the pictures and more like the Travelodge from 1980. We were not impressed at all as the bed wasn’t long enough. There was an iron mark that had melted the carpet, a simple rug would’ve covered...
