"This was an incredible stay. The host was a phenomenal communicator and the property is as beautiful as pictured. If you want to be downtown in the heart of Florence, this is the perfect place to be and it is also far enough from the standard noise. I had peaceful nights and peaceful days, if I chose a late morning. It was literally near everything and I walked to every place I wanted to see. It was safe and easy to get to. "We loved the hotel! Very friendly staff and excellent service, with daily room cleaning and a supply of water. The morning breakfast was a beautiful display of anything you would want, and more. Our room was wonderful, with a partial Duomo view and ultra comfortable bed and pillows."

The breakfast was phenomenal, and the wait staff were very friendly. There was free iced water, sweets and wine when you come in, perfect for coming straight in from the warm weather. "Property is in a great location. Host was available 24/7 and helped us work thru a few small kinks that had nothing to do with the flat. Best thing was that in the stifling heat of a record breaking heat wave, the a/c made it cool and comfortable. A safe have in the middle of the inferno ! Highly recommend."

"I was traveling on a work trip and booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the fortazza da basso. It was a direct 5 minute walk which worked out perfectly for us. The hotel was clean & quiet, which was great for when our work was done. The garden was lovely in the morning to eat breakfast in as well! The only thing to note is there seemed to be a lot of rules. "Hi, the hotel is beautiful and at a good location. The staff was attentive when we checked in. We had two issues, first we didn’t get our room clean when we requested. While our stayed only one time the room was cleaned because we kept calling to get it clean and get clean towels. Also, the room temperature was very hot. The hotel room is expensive, we were not expecting this to happen."

"This place feels more like an Airbnb, in a quiet residential area and a 10-15 minute walk to the museums. The staff and the lady (who seems like the owner) are very nice and helpful. Our room is super large and clean, with beautiful paintings on the ceiling which feels very classic. And we loved the ancient elevator the you need to operate yourself. One thing we would prefer is to provide more variety on breakfast. But again, the breakfast room is beautiful."
