Hotel refused us. They said that they are not working with Hotels.com. I showed the confirmation responses I got from the hotel's email. However, the non-speaking English staff couldn't help me. She just tried to find us a new property. Finally, she found one and we needed to pay additional 40€ for that property. The property they found (HOTEL SUNRISE) was really bad. Beds were uncomfortable and unprepared. We needed to prepare them by ourselves. It was cold. Besides, it was requiring some amount of walking from the hotel. Since our check-in time was 1 A.M., the way that we walked was really scary. So, NEVER and NEVER stay in that GOLD LION not-accepting-reservations-HOTEL. NEVER
