"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"The stay at.the hotel was very satisfying overall. The room condition was good and the bed was also comfortable. The staff were very very kind and gentle all the time. The breakfast was also very delicious as well, and apple vinegar juice was tasty. I would definitely stay at this hotel again once I get to visit Okawa again. Arigato gozaimatsu!"

"Location close to train station. Friendly staff. Parking plenty, but the lots are spread around different areas surrounding the hotel. Will choose same hotel next time."
