購買時 已經刷卡付費 Checkin時 櫃檯說 那刷卡是保證金 得另外付費 刷卡錢 會退費。 另外 支付寶 支付房間RMB498 到我checkout 後 都沒有 刷退! 等我抵達重慶市區 我又打電話問 飯店說 那是你自己要去跟Hotels.com 申請退費! 這是被 飯店騙錢？！

Excellent location for exploring Wulong - which is well worth it! The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The actual building is a bit in decay and seems that there is no heating available! The staff could not speak any English, but they were very friendly and we made a laugh of the lack of verbal communication!

客房打掃很草率，用過的溼毛巾丟在椅子上沒有整理、杯子沒洗、床沒鋪好，通知櫃檯，清潔人員來時竟然沒洗，只用抹布擦過杯子，然後放回櫃子上，請她給大浴巾，説已經給了，結果根本沒有⋯ Very surprised it’s Days Inn group; housekeeping needs some basic hygiene training

因沿途高速堵车，到达酒店已经是第二天早上，前台主动将客房延长到当天下午14:00，虽然因为个人行程安排原因上午就离开酒店了，还是感谢酒店的细心。
