The property has 24/7 reception. Great views to the river and good access to tourist attractions and downtown. Staff are very helpfull and friendly. The restaurant and breakfasts arrangement are generous and provide a great break fast variety. We would stay here again, great facilities and room layout. The hotel on the shore front offers beautiful Neon night view of the city. Proximity to the old city and other tourist attractions. Staff of the hotel helpful and the breakfast included gave us a good start of the day. Good value.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a pleasant scent. We booked the 1 bedroom executive and the room was very grand in size and impressive. The river and city view was spectacular. The bed & bedding was very comfortable to relax and sleep in. We had an issue with the laundry machine in our room and the staff were very quick to service us immediately and resolve the problem. Darcy went above and beyond for us and we are grateful for her. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the clean rooms and exceptional staff. The breakfast buffet offered Asian and western foods and was very delicious.

I like it. Their staffs are friendly and nice. The room is clean and welly kept. It is safe and secure with a police station in next block. The MTR is not nestby. Public transportation is not convenient. However, the local attraction, the “White Elephant Street" just 3 minutes uphill walking in the back of the hotel. This is also the walking shortcut to other local attractions and lot of local dining choices within 15 minutes. After you know this shortcut, you won't feel any inconvenience anymore.

Lovely place but hard to get cab

The apartment is great, so comfortable like home. The staff are so friendly and helpful although it’s hard to communicate as most staff English are not so great. The only prb I have is it’s hard to get a cab back to the hotel as a lot of the cabs said that they do not know the hotel and refused to take us.

Check in is terribly slow. Front desk staff have no authority, everything has to be done online which is both impractical and inconvenient. Breakfast room is too small for number of guests and breakfast, whilst having good variety, is of poor quality.
