"Check in and check out was very simple and easy. Restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast was offered for a long time span so convenient for early flights. It was a little hard to figure out where to go to catch the bus from the airport but we eventually figured out where to go."

I would also expect the availability of a walk in shower rather that having to step over a bath especially as I have rheumatoid arthritis, and had booked a junior suite as the photos showed a walk-in shower online."

"This hotel is next to the Cambridge North train station. Really convenient to not have to walk far with luggage. Train was easy into Cambridge, and bus stops were also conveniently close to hotel. Pool is small (no more than 20 people) I didn't look at the gym facilities. The breakfast was adequate, my opinion is that the breakfast wasn't good value for money, but there are no obvious choices for other places to eat close to hotel. "Great location. Beautiful outside terrace with great food. Service is friendly but not as quick as we would have liked. Restaurant food is great too. Spa booked up way in advance so could not use that for this stay. We would happily return."

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome.
