"Very small car park and was a problem on arrival , no spaces . Is sorted by staff but does seem a constant problem. Will definitely go back , views amazing, spa lovely, come home feeling totally relaxed "

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless for us. The stunning interior decor and the delicious breakfast truly added to our special day. Being just down the road from our wedding venue in Sopley, it was the perfect location. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding day so perfect!"

"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "

"Staff are always friendly and helpful with lovely clean rooms. Unfortunately the lift was out of service however the team did offer to support immediately if required. Well Done guys."
