The gentleman at the front desk was really lovely. He upgraded us both times we stayed. The accommodation was amazing. We were so happy we chose West Fitzroy Apartments.

Clean room, fantastic location. Had everything I needed and never had to ask for anything extra. Checked in early and staff made it easy. Lovely stay.

The apartment is well located in the city center. Being our first welcoming stay for our first NZ trip, we received a fabulous experience by the friendly and helpful staffs, the staying condition is pleasant, and the amenities suite our needs very well. I would say, this apartment will be our first choice when we visit Christchurch anytime in the future.

Property was very clean and finished with quality fittings. We found the layout very tight and pokey with room to put one suitcase in a cupboard and the only place for a second suitcase was on the floor which blocked bed access which was very annoying. If booking I recommend a big room. No one was at check-in as expected (still lunching @2:30). Luckily some gorgeous cleaning staff sorted things for us by accessing the office for our key and parking instructions. Great location within easy walking distance of Chch city attractions.

Great location & nice clean room. We stayed for 2 nights but liked it so much we booked for another 3 nights when we returned to Christchurch. It’s in the heart of Christchurch centre with parking included in the price of the room. The first apartment had a better view but the second was more spacious and had a private balcony. Recommend requesting whichever option you prefer when booking. Floors 4 to 7 have better views.

West Fitzroy Apartments was great, close to everything, friendly people, nice, well appointed 1 bedroom apartment. We stayed for 10 nights and loved it. My only small issues were that when we arrived there wasn’t much soap provided (so we bought our own) and when the property was serviced at the middle of our stay, they didn’t supply any more toilet paper haha, so I had to wander out early one morning to find house keeping for a few rolls.

Booked due to EV charger. However our electric vehicle could not connect to EV charger (BYD with blade battery) so needed to use public charger elsewhere.
