"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."

"No tv remote and asked twice for one but to no avail. Two guests but only one towel etc in bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Great location, easy access to shopping, eateries"

"The best place we have stayed in for value for money.
Character heritage building with palatial wide hallways and 5 m stud heights in rooms.
Beautifull old school large windows , warm well heated rooms and block out curtains, zero road noise and comfy king beds.
There is a 25 m lap pool with clean salt water( not chlorine) a sauna with actual wood heating and a well equipped gym.
The most helpfull staff,
We didn’t want to leave!
Totally recommended best venue in chch."
