"Very disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels. "Everything was great except for the restaurant inside. If you are running a business in a resort style setting you need to be prepared to actor to large amounts of people and accommodate them in a timely manor. Waiting almost 1.5 hours for a breakfast order is insane. "

"We only stayed a night. Visited Seaworld during the day left the next morning. Carla at the front desk was kind and efficient at our check-in. Comfortable room. Had a very early flight . Had To take the shuttle to the airport before they officially started serving breakfast. We were delighted to see a selection of coffees, teas ,juices, yogurt, pastries, cereals, oatmeal fruit bread and English muffins, that early. Thank you."
