"It was ok room service closed at 10 and didn’t offer a good menu. And I think for what you pay that you shouldn’t have to wait to check in til 4 and I never received my complainty drinks "

"They have people living there on a month to month basis, this creates less than comfortable situations when the people next door to your room are getting into domestic violence situations at 3am and you got work at 5am! They should’ve offered me a discount but they didn’t! They didn’t seem surprised those types staying within their property. Other weirdos observed as well!"

"The advertisement photos and descriptions for this property are completely misleading. During my stay with my family, we discovered black mold along the bathroom edges, rust throughout the bathtub, peeling paint, and overall poor room conditions. The room was also advertised as non-smoking, yet it smelled old, musty, and heavily of smoke upon arrival. Due to the health and cleanliness concerns, I immediately requested to cancel the remainder of my stay, but the property refused to issue a refund. I am extremely disappointed that a hotel with these conditions is still operating and continuing to advertise rooms that do not accurately reflect the actual property. This experience was unacceptable, unsanitary, and far below reasonable hospitality standards."
