"The front desk staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. The blonde middle-aged bartender is terrible - he did not want to deal with customers at all. We had to order at the machine and he obviously does not want to work there. Food in the lobby bistro was excellent (amazing brussels sprouts), but very bad at the Space Bar on the roof (do NOT get the Korean BBQ bowl or burger). "This hotel has the best beds ever I liked it so much that when I stayed there 7 years ago we wrote down the tag name and bought them for own home. Be careful what trees you park under some of them leave these little seed pods that are sticky."

"We stay here every year on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. For $256 for one room… I expect it to be clean and well maintained. We were very upset with the cleanliness of our room this year. There was copious amounts of hair in the bathroom including the shower. The floors were needing some serious attention or replacement.
