"Great room excellent staff"

"No ice. One machine for 3 story building . Apparently regular broken . No one even thinks of setting up a cooler with ice for room buckets only?? Otherwise nice building, quiet a/c units, clean room, good parking. Maintenance seems lacking"

"Room was nice, clean and large. The private restaurant on site offered a nice buffet breakfast. It was convenient to the cruise port. There is a Cracker Barrel and IHOP within walking distance. "

"Smelled strongly of cleaning fluid. Good floors and ceiling. Bathroom tub to floor not sealed. Pictures were not same as property. This is a motel not a hotel. Has 2 nights planned...left after 1 night. Credit was given for 2nd night."

"This hotel nickels and dimes you! We had several charges on our credit card that we felt were not warranted or expected! $5 for parking in their parking lot and $3 for the safe in the room! Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Comfort Suite again."

"Shower had human hair all over nasty dirty towels air conditioner wasn’t working and I couldn’t sleep on a hot night I got robbed without a gun"

"It was meh. Check in was fast and easy. The hallways are kind of industrially lit (as was the bathroom) - it felt like walking through the basement of a department store. My room smelled funny. Like they were trying to cover something up with industrial air freshener. The shower fixtures were rusty. The ac was struggling. And it wasn’t quiet. You can clearly hear the cars going by on Alafaya. I didn’t hate it but I wouldnt go back on purpose either."

"Room was nice snd clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish there was a real closet in the double queen room or at least some drawers to put the clothes in that do not hang. I always unpack and would rather not “live out of the suitcase.” "
