"新しくオープンしたのもあって部屋も綺麗でスタッフのみなさんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 目を見て会話をしたり、笑顔で対応してくださったのでとても気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。 ただ、強いて言うとすれば、、、 書き物を置いてくださると嬉しいです。 帰る時にお礼のメッセージを書きたかった、、、！！ 素敵な部屋をありがとうございました。"

"It was a clean and comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with friendly staff. You can ship your suitcase to the airport via the Kuroneko Yamato service inside the station, and the Tully's Coffee on the ground floor is a lovely space—this is also where you can pick up your complimentary breakfast."

"We were visiting from Australia. The accommodation in the Onsen were first class. Not much else to do in the hotel as there is no socialising area,no bars etc. If you’re after a supper relaxing couple of days this is a place for you."
