"Wir haben ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage bekommen. Durch die Baustelle nebenan war ein ruhiger Schlaf kaum möglich. Es gab keinen Hinweis seitens des Hotels. Noch viel schlimmer und das kann man nur als Abzocke bezeichnen, ist der Parkstreifen vor dem Hotel. Ich habe explizit eine Mitarbeiterin und einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gefragt, ob ich mein Fahrzeug dort parken dürfte. "Hatte das Hotel über expedia inkl. Frühstück (stand bei mir so in der App!) gebucht! Beim Buchungsvorgang über paypal war plötzlich die Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr verfügbar und es wurde teurer. Im Hotel wurde 2 x vom Personal behauptet ich hätte ohne Frühstück gebucht, da es bei ihnen im Hotelsystem aufscheine und ich solle dafür extra aufzahlen! Für die teurere Kategorie mit Stadtblick war die Raumgröße zwar komfortable, von der Helligkeit allerdings düster und das Zimmer mit Stadtblick...
