"Lovely positioned up market hotel, but expensive to eat and drink here. On top of anything you order will be a table cover charge per person and 15% service charge. When you settle your final bill, look at the discretionary service charge, this will be 5% of your total hotel booking cost, in our case 238 euros. You might be happy paying this or have this removed as we did. The service is good you are constantly attended to by the staff. One lift was intermittently out of order which left one...

"The check-in process was a bit ludicrous lacking front desk (reception) staff that had to be coordinated for every move, even to pick up and drop off our car. The shower in our room not only barely had water coming out but there was "limited" hot water to shower with during the winter months (December), that for a medium hair length woman, not enough hot water to wash the hair. Gabriella, the housekeeping lady was the one thing we enjoyed about our stay. "

Non accettabile che in stanza non ci sia un minifrigo e che non siano fornite bottiglie d'acqua di welcome.
