"Beautiful hotel - my 5th visit to Taormina and I have always stayed in different hotels. Hotel Villa Carlotta is my new favourite! Really welcoming staff both in reception and at the restaurant. Apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Had a fantastic meal at the restaurant - what an absolutely stunning (and very romantic!) setting! Will definitely be back to visit again - hopefully for longer next time. Many thanks!! Christine & Jacques"

"We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto."

"This hotel is around an hour and 20 from Catania airport - Taxi cost € 140 and bus coach costs € 7. Its location is absolutely fabulous for your visit . Alex , you have been an incredible host. Alex was very proactive with information on Taormina and helped us a lot with eating , visiting recommendations. Will definitely stay there next time . Jason and Sasha "

"Great quality hotel in Taormina, comfortable rooms and really good & proper breakfast. Our favorite is the chef’s omelette! The balcony door is very sound proof, we can barely hear the noise from the street at night. There is an elevator to bring your luggages up. Very friendly staff and good service. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"
