"Walls were chipping paint. No elevator. Didn’t mention that in the Expedia description. Manager was difficult to coordinate access with after messaging several times the day before our arrival. Instructions were last minute on how to check in. Upon departure, I was messaged that I owed another $15 for a resort fee of some nature. Had no documentation to that affect. The location was good. "

"It’s a small little boutique hotel with about six or eight rooms on two floors. They are super nice and super well appointed with everything you need and a nearby grocery store and a laundromat which came in very very handy. There’s also a rooftop bar adjacent to the property, which has the best views in the city and good drinks at a reasonable price. "Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up."

We tried to turn the air conditioning on, but they have the air-conditioning shut off. The only option was heat. They told us to open the window.
