"We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto."

"We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again! "

"Beautiful setting and room with a stunning view from the terrace. The most unique place I’ve ever stayed full of history and beautiful things. Take the tour it’s an amazing story. "This hotel is around an hour and 20 from Catania airport - Taxi cost € 140 and bus coach costs € 7. Its location is absolutely fabulous for your visit . Alex , you have been an incredible host. The property location was second to none, and the envy of the thousands of tourists passing by the luxurious front gate and vine covered portico. The staff anticipated every need and request and attended immediately to any comment or request. Food was exceptional thanks no doubt to the Michelin rated chef.
