"The AC was turned off and locked at front desk. We had to go down and ask because we were not given any instructions on how to use the phone. It is 8 or 9 BTW. The water was cutting in and out of hot and cold. The night shift guy did not care for Americans. The morning staff was so much better, very helpful."

"Nice Guest House close to Termini (central station) Extremely close to Roma Termini. Very convenient when arriving by train from other parts of Italy 🇮🇹 or travelling to the airport. Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. Also very close to Cathedral where Pope Frances is buried. If you go early in the morning there’s no queue. Owner is friendly...

"If I could give 0 stars, I would! Terrible experience. The reception staff were nice and helpful, but they were far beyond a good service. The room was musty, smells terrible and very small for what was advertised for three adults. The coffee maker had murky water filled, it seems like it was never cleaned ever, the plastic cups had dark stains like someone already used them. The bathroom flush would not flush on occasions or would keep water running without stopping, broken handle. the shower...

"Irregular shaped tiny room. Bed pinned against the wall - not good for a couple. Checkin process it through WhatsApp and we waited too long for response in an apartment lobby. There are 4-5 rooms in part of an apartment building that's not well maintained. While overall bathroom is big, the shower stall was irregular space and small! While it's only .7km from termini station, the walk back is uphill and not practical. Too much noise from the street - people and traffic. Overall it was clean....
