I loved everything about my stay here. From the perfectly picturesque little elevator to the clean room with modern amenities and finishes. Guilio came to check on me during my second day at the property to make sure I had gotten checked in OK and was enjoying my stay. Plenty of dining options within just a couple of blocks along with grocery stores and an ATM. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay while I experienced Rome.

The hotel was within walking distance to Roma Trmini, 15 min walk to be exact. No need to take taxi we just walked using google maps. 12-15 min walk to colosseum. The room was cleaned daily. It was a good stay.

The property is a converted Apartment in an apartment building which was new for me. I travel alot and this was a new experience. The staff was welcoming and I was the first customer since the renovations. I loved it and I was travelling to work but would be happy to stay with my entire family. It is better than an airbnb since this comes with clean daily. Restaurants, transport and community vibes were all around. Loved it.

Great hotel room! This was an easy 20 minute walk from the train station with our luggage, the place was clean, very comfortable and right in the heart of Rome. Our host was great with communication and the room was cleaned daily. We walked to the Hop-on hop off bus stop, to the Coliseum, and many other attractions. There are endless restaurants, cafes, shopping available right on our street and many public transportation options. The room is clean, comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. This is a hotel room, there is a mini fridge but there is no kitchen available although there is a coffee station in the main lobby area to use. The only issue one might have is the place is on the 5th floor, there is a tiny elevator to use or walk the stairs, it didn't bother us but worth noting. We would stay here again!

I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it. Here’s why: 1. The room was clean and modern. 2. It was quiet at night—no loud tourists or traffic noise. 3. We really liked the variety of restaurants, cafés, and the grocery store (Pewex City) just 4 minutes from the guesthouse. 4. Giulio responded to our WhatsApp call right away and helped us gain access to the property. One recommendation: Please update the information on how to access the property. When we arrived at 215 Via Merulana, we didn’t know how to reach the front desk. The entrance is located on the 5th floor, but fortunately there is an elevator.

The room was new and very comfortable. The shower was a bit tight (for larger people). The elevator is only for 2 people, without luggage. We sent one person with 2 bags in the elevator, the other person took the stairs. We had a hard time with the lock, but realized we were reading the instructions wrong. The location was great!! The pizza place on the corner was bellissimo! All in all, the place was great, but for older, larger people, we had a hard time with such me aspects. I give it a 4 star based on our experience.

I think that you need to post the elevator is in the first floor or the second floor brother do you have to bring up your luggage up the stairs and for us we’re traveling it’s kind of heavy specially if we’re older people like my wife and I but other than that, it was good thank you

Our room was incredibly clean — truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The location is perfect, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions. We were only a few minutes away from the Colosseum and Termini Station, which made getting around Rome effortless. My sister and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The area felt very safe, and we loved having cafés, terraces, and restaurants right outside the door. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

La camera è perfetta, come bagno, letti, e spazi. Come un hotel di ottimo livello. L'organizzazione generale è ottima (check-in autonomo, anche a tarda ora), e Giulio è sempre disponibile, e gentile, per qualsiasi necessità. La location è veramente eccellente. A pochi minuti a piedi da S. Maria Maggiore, e S. Clemente, e a mezz'oretta da tutto il centro di Roma. Anche la zona, come tranquillità, bar, servizi, locali è ottima. In generale, rapporto costo/beneficio eccellente (contando anche di aver prenotato un po' all'ultimo). Assolutamente da consigliare (e da riconsiderare per un nuovo weekend lungo a Roma!)
