"We had a wonderful stay in the Riverside Hotel Sligo. The location was perfect, close to the town centre and the river walk. Breakfast was good and I can highly recommend the porridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return."

"The bed was super comfortable which was fantastic after a few days of hiking the beautiful sites near Sligo. The bathroom even had a clothes line to hang dry our clothes on. Dining in the restaurant was superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we never used the plush housecoats they had for us in the room. Those were a nice bonus!"

They let us store our bags ahead of check-in and hangout in the common area post check out. The room itself was super clean. Awesome spot, good value and vibes. "There were some nice things about this property - overall it was well maintained on pleasant grounds. The breakfast was also very good. However, the air conditioner in our room did not work which resulted in a hot fitful sleep, and a musty-smelling room. The mattress is also not what I would expect for a hotel of this calibre. When we mentioned the concern about the temperature to staff they simply said “oh I’m sorry.” When we went to use the pool we were unable to access it as a swimming lesson...

"A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland.
