"The location is excellent. You can walk to the train or subway you need to get to any part of NYC and the LaGuardia Airport. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I visited the top floor outdoor patio every night during my stay. Best value for the price."

"The staff were friendly and professional. My room was very clean and neat. Compliments to your Housekeeping department. The patio was very nice. I look forward ro visiting again when there is a breakfast and lunch served, and the pool is ready for use. The neighborhood felt safe."

"At check in a young fellow was very polite and helpful. Room was clean as you walk in but the rug and the sofa in the suite was stinking bad. The smell was very unbearable. At check out there was a young lady not polite with glasses seem to be on a personal call. I told I was checking out she just lift out her arm insinuating to just leave the card there no good morning or anything just w a face on the phone. Disappointing."

"The staff was very friendly. The photos, while are of the property, are quite misleading. The lobby is not very inviting. It is very tiny. The elevator takes a long time. The room wow the beds looked newer. The ceiling in the bathroom had would appear to be hand marked crosses, or X's all over the place. I am not sure if this was to identify what needed to be updated.
