"The coffee pot was broken and when I tried to call the front desk, phone had been put in the cradle backwards, so it was dead. I use my cell phone to call the front desk four times. They never answered. I left a voice message. They never returned my call. I plan to be there for three nights, but due to the lack of service, I decided to cancel my reservation they refuse to refund my money all at all a pretty horrible experience."

"My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite at no extra cost, which was amazing. The kids loved the pool! We were there everyday for hours. Great breakfast everyday. It is conveniently located right across the street from Dutch Wonderland which we did for 2 days. Overall this was a great expereince and we would definitely stay here again."
