"We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity.
Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is.
Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests.
Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall.
Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time.
Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."

"Really enjoyed the stay, would recommend the breakfast selection. Only disappointment, being the swimming Pool being closed for refurbishment. Would have appreciated knowing in advance."
