"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was to start at 6, I arrived at 0630. No coffee or milk,just juice in the machine. A spoonful of egg,some cold sausage, week old biscuits with what appeared tobe flour and water gravy. Around 0700 a disheveled man in pajamas appeared with coffee, milk and more eggs. We left and found breakfast elsewhere. All this time,there was no one at the desk to complain to."

"Excellent customer service! Ka’Shawn was so helpful and kind! Very comfortable beds, linens were nice. The AC fan would not turn off, but we just turned it off, got very chilly! Nice lobby, and the pool was pretty standard. Very happy with the stay! "

"I wanted to pay with my Affirm account, told the night clerk, but she used the card used to book on the app. I told her that was not how I wanted it charged. When I spoke the the manager the next day they said there was nothing they could do. I've filed a dispute with the card account used. This is my second bad experience with hotel stays since I started my trip over a week ago"

"We have stayed here often while traveling to my sister’s place. The beds are comfy, water pressure is good, area is quiet, and the place is very clean and reasonably priced. The only thing about this stay was that breakfast was cold. We were there by 6:10am and expected things to be piping hot but were sad to have the hot items cold or lukewarm at best. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"Rooms were clean and big, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the free breakfast - it is free so you can’t expect much, but the meats were pretty bad and there’s no place to warm up the food, also waffles are malt flavored and way too thin. Overall I would stay there again and just have breakfast out."

"First, we were greeted by Jessica. She is SO friendly and helpful!!! She made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit. She talked with us and answered any questtions we had thoroughly. She is a gem!!! Bed and pillows were cozy. The room was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was amazing!!! Lots of protein options, healthy alternatives, indulgent sweets, and even dairy free milk for those of us with dairy allergies. Front desk and breakfast staff were courteous and friendly too!!! We will...

"The room was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke and the linen had burn holes. One room had a giant hole in tub. The front desk did move us to another room but that room had red paint(?) all over the tub and other surfaces push more linen with burns on them. "
