"Stayed here a bunch of times so will give them a pass. TV didn't work, they offered to switch me but too much a pain in the butt. The AC was struggling to keep up and it was a little warm. Otherwise, it is a great location. I will stay again but one more stay like this one and I wont be back."

"Never Stay there again. Awful Customer Service, Plumbing issues, Gym had water leaks Amy garbage cans catching water..should have been closed, Room Service issues, and digital elevators suck , asked for late ck out for 1pm that was granted and then @ 12pm our key did not work. Crappy Place & Crappy ..."

"The hotel was not as up to date as I expected. There were issues with my room in regards to plumbing. The receptionist was very accommodating with the issue which made things better."

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
"This was my first time staying at the Hyatt for business travel. The property was excellent, including the front desk staff. The only request I would have is requesting the headboard in the room. When I removed the pillows it was all scratched up. Other than that it was a great stay."
