If you have traveled and stayed at a hotel at least 20 times in your life, you are use to a certain standard. There were 3 things that made the hotel a negative experience. 1). The room smelled like mold as soon as we walked in. We immediately went to the air conditioning unit and discoved why. It was covered in dust that smelled like mold. We took Clorox wipes and cleaned it as much as we could. The smell went away. I dont want to make it seem like the room was extremely dirty because it wasnt. I really question how much they deep clean.2). the pool area is in need of some attention
Both the hot tob and pool tile had sediment from what looks like tile deterioration. 3.) The beds were some of the hardest i have ever slept on ( in a bad way), and i tend to like a firmer mattress. I dont think i will take a chance on this brand ever again.
