Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson about 3rd parties. Never again.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable but the room and everything inside of it was filthy. Like I wiped the floor with a washcloth because I got it wet, I didn't want wet socks later... The cloth was disgusting dirty. Turned black dirty ...That floor hadn't been mopped in at least a month. Saw roaches, and everything including TV's, lights and fire detectors were defective. I really wanted to like this place but when I told the staff about my stay their response was " They don't eat much" talking about the roaches, and then blamed the pest control.
