The room was great clean and had all the stuff we needed mini fridge for left overs from dinner it was quiet at night whichbis a big deal. the only issue i had was it was the worst pillows i have ever had they sucked so bad. also the guide button on the remote didnt work so i had to keep flipping channels till i found the right college football game.

We stayed for two nights. The room and the hotel were stunning, clean, and so comfortable. The staff was amazing! And so was the breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no bar or room service that was advertised. That was the main reason we booked.

This hotel was very clean and had convenient parking. The bed was comfortable, the staff were polite. The only negative thing was the people on our floor who refused to contain their 6 unruly kids overnight. Running down the hall screaming as late as 4am.

A Very Nice I don’t know Experience

This is a delightful place to stay. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the food staff that provides the breakfast to the cleaning staff in the halls. Even the grounds surrounding the hotel are well kept and clean. (What a change from so many on-the-road hotels!) The room was clean and nicely spacious; the bathroom also. The pet friendly policy was ideal. We were very impressed! We have stayed at several hotels in Sharonville, but this is the best choice and we will stay at this hotel again in the future.
