I got to the room about 7:30pm, tired from the drive I just wanted to relax before headed out. My TV would not work. The lady at the desk tried, then she left for the night and I was told I would have to wait till morning. Didn't hear from anyone call the desk at noon since no one called me. A guy came up an hour later tried. He said he was gonna call someone else. Never heard from him. The next shift let me switch rooms. I had a family next to me went to pick up the phone no dial tone. I called downstairs because they were running on the hallway. He got there and they were gone. Called again and I heard the dad say keep it down. That last 10 mins. They were up til 3am. Worse night ever. I should have just went and found another hotel at this point. I will never stay there again. I have always stayed at Hilton and this Spark Hilton in Forest Park Ohio is not it. At this day and age you can't say anything to people so, I didn't call them myself in fear of confrontation.
