"Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees."

"The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!"

"The fresh made omelets were awesome, staff was great at the bar and at check in. However, this property is gross, it smells like mildew in the rooms. The rooms are a great size and comfortable but they need to be redone or cleaned or something to help with the smells. The pool is very small for such a large hotel. The views are great. They didn’t have enough staff in the kitchen for breakfast to keep up with the amount of people eating so there wasn’t much left out when we got down for breakfast around 9:30am. There is only 1 ramp in the lobby to get to the elevators and that was narrow and inconvenient for lugging up your luggage. This hotel has great potential but needs renovations badly. "

"Not only conveniently located close to Kings Island the property and staff are tremendous!! Very kind and accommodating people. Shuttle to and from the park is a plus and the rooms are very clean. Cold air, hot water. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, coffee is GREAT. 10/10"

"We have used this Country Inn and Suites since it opened for a quick night's rest when going to the Airport. Although it's starting to show its age, it is always clean! What we love best is the staff there! On our last 2 stays, Sarah (front desk /driver /replenising pool and food items) has been kind and accommodating. She handles the pressures of her multi-position job with grace and a smile! I wish they did offer a "grab and go option" for breakfast, though ... Especially with early flights. We never have gotten breakfast there because it's never open. So that would be nice since it's included in the price. The pool is clean and maintained. The kids love being able to relax before a long flight. Overall, a great place to stay!"
