"For starters, when attempting to enter our room, the key didn't work and an individual opened the door from inside the room. Quite a surprise for both of us as were given the wrong room number. We were given the correct room number from the front desk and as we were heading towards the elevators, a cockroach ran past us on the floor. We were staying at the hotel only to catch an early flight the next morning so we weren't able to use any of the amenities or try the breakfast. In all honesty, we probably won't return to this hotel due to the poor experience."

"Be aware to book this Marriott property if you didn't book from Marriott direct website. They treated you like less important as they mentioned the room priority is to give Marriott member. I booked a suite but end up getting a ADA type and even we arrive at property early like 3PM, they won't let us check in till 4P. Despite, they know we booked for 'standard' suite and I did inform them upon 3PM, they gave us ADA room with no apology Mindset and even the general manager told me 'nothing can be done' and unfortunately I booked from a 3rd party website. Oh Boy! Never feel '2nd class' before even from other Marriott."

"Housekeepers got upset when we questioned hair on bed and in the bathroom. Long strands of hair were found all over the toilet and the housekeepers were acting as if we were dramatic that OTHER hair was all over the bathroom. The bed had little and long hairs all over the blankets. When looking up at ceilings, dust all over. We complained and got a second room, which ended up not being cleaned at all from the previous guests. Had to settle for the 3rd room given to us. The clerk was useful giving us other rooms when asked."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is currently undergoing renovations, but this was not clearly disclosed. The photos shown on Expedia are very different from the actual room I received. The furniture was old, worn out, and not very clean. I was also surprised to find a portable air conditioner in the room, which is not something I would expect from a hotel of this type. It appeared that only the shower area had been recently renovated, while the rest of the room remained outdated. In addition, I was charged $15 for parking, which I was not expecting when I made the reservation. I spoke with the front desk about the discrepancy between the Expedia photos and the actual room. However, I was simply told that Expedia had not updated the photos and that the hotel offers both renovated and non-renovated room options. Had I known that the room would not match the photos shown online, I would not have booked this hotel. I feel that the listing was misleading, and I hope I can receive a refund or some form of compensation for this experience."
