"The room was in the process of being remodeled. Most of the items in the rolm are brand new! Staff was friendly and helpful! "

"Room was fine. Breakfast was a trainwreck. We stayed 2 nights and there was zero coffee in the morning. One day is an accident- two days is a choice. The sausage and eggs at the breakfast were super cold- they had no way to keep them warm. Maybe don’t advertise a free breakfast if you can’t make it happen? "

"Clean room. Breakfast was great. Only bad was when came back to room after breakfast, couldn’t get back in room, card reader would not open door lock. Went back to desk and had card reprogrammed but still would not open lock. Was locked out of room for several hours until maintenance was called in to reprogram the lock. "

"One night stay with my daughter. 04/11 Told at 3:19 they had no clean rooms. He asked us to wait a minute went upstairs and then miraculously had a clean room… Proceeded to ask if we needed towels at the time because there were none in the room. They would be brought up later. I asked for atleast 1 so that we could wash our hands. Gave 2 hand towels. strangly had some towels to give us.Checked in went up to our room checked the bed.Mattress coved in brown stains. Oh and bathroom had towels. Room door didnt even have a normal lock to secure door while in the room.(only one like residential home with chain)Back to desk we are not staying there dirty and not safe. Desk guy said the stains were under the sheet. I told him absolutely not acceptable I was not letting my daughter sleep there. He asked if it was both beds umm only had 1 king. It was dirty and I didn’t feel safe. I showed him the pictures. Offered me another room- no I do not want another room. I want money back. Offered another room again, I said no. Told him pictures do not match hotel, he asked where and I told him from hotels.com. He said I would not get a refund from them. Went back "

"The staff was unhelpful claiming she was new, the first room they sent us to didnt open with key, so she sent us to a different room which smelled like paint thinner so bad we couldn't breath. When we went to talk to front desk another guest cornered and threatened my mother and said nasty obscene things to her then when she said get away she was going to call the police he called her nasty names. The person working the desk showed no concern and wasnt willing to rectify things, so we refused to stay in a place unsafe. And left immediately."

"My room wasn’t ready at 11am and had to come back at 3. My reservation wasn’t in the system and had me scheduled for less days than I paid for. A few days before it was time to check out asking me to pay again. The alarm went off at least 2 a day and the middle of the night. My refrigerator didn’t work so my food went bad, found a bed bug on my wall. One my first night. A staff walked in my room because they don’t even have my room updated from vacancy. "
