"The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint would be that the walls are not super soundproof so we heard music, TV, etc. from the neighbouring rooms. Thankfully not too disruptive but something to consider if you have a baby or young child. "

An adjustment was needed for the fan, and I needed help with understanding the thermostat and TV, and the hotel was prompt and efficient at solving all of my questions. I would definitely consider staying at the Hampton Inn if I was in Ottawa in future."

What started as a normal stay quickly turned uncomfortable due to poor communication and questionable handling of a situation that didn’t warrant escalation. Instead of resolving things professionally, the response felt abrupt and unnecessary, leaving a bad impression overall. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when booking a place to relax. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay"
