"Hotel was good, room great size. Could be great if they cleaned room everyday, stayed a week and room only done every other day. Yet if I booked daily I get a clean room 🤔. Carter and Fitch ok staff not helpful and food was ok but again could have been great"

"Modern hotel well kept. Disappointing staff service as a football match was on. Hotel bar tried to close early, expensive for a basic service level. But would probably stay again as amenities where good. Not cheap for what it is."

"There was no heating on during my stay; the room was cold. The TV on the wall had no nearby socket to plug it into. The lamp on the table had no socket to plug it into. Two of the pictures on the wall were shocking. The curtains were back to front: the right side faced out, and the lining faced the room. Moreover, they were really thin with lots of human hair between the lining and the curtain. "
