"The view was beautiful, the room was beautiful, had a fantastic stay for my friends birthday. The staff couldn't be more helpful.. The only thing and i mean only thing that let it down is the glass table and glass on the balcony could have been cleaned more often. "

"As I pulled into the car park it dawned on me that I had stayed there before but it had been a Premier Inn back then. I am not sure why it was no longer part of that chain but it hadn't really changed. It was the same as it used to be. It was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. "Beautiful Hotel ideally placed for visiting The Sage Centre. Fantastic comfortable room, great clean bathroom, tea and coffee offerings were good. Only downside £23 each for a breakfast is crazy compared to other hotels. So we ate out lol."

"There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery. This is a shame, because everything else was Great."

"This has to be one of the best hotels in Newcastle, it was so clean and fairly quiet at night offering a good nights sleep, bed was comfy and absolutely HUGEEE, staff were lovely with easy check-in and the quayside (river) view from the window was lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others."
