"The hotel is charming and easily located. The parking was adequate for the number of rooms. The bar and dining areas were very nice, and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would visit again if in the area."

"The staff at the best of times was unhelpful, at other times they came off as rude/dismissive. Despite requesting an earlier check in and it being confirmed by staff, we were denied access, Our entire floor smelled like a strange fishy odour. The room had bedsheets with large yellow stains (despite us asking them to be changed). The toilet splashed water out of the bowl everytime you flushed. The laundry area is also poorly maintained. The only benefit is the location and the kind cleaners."

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. Things pretty much wrapped up at a very decent time. Parking can be tricky. Easier to park on the street than in the...

"The room was a good size for my wife and me, appreciated the air conditioning especially during a heat wave, shower facilities were very good and the coffee maker and cupboard with bowls, plates, microwave very useful though we didn’t use them. The only thing was that we found the mattress too hard which caused us discomfort and the fire alarm went off about 6am but was quickly switched off. The location of the hotel is useful being close to both railway stations, underground, bus stops, bars...

"Very firm with early check in. Poor location and a joke of a lobby with only four seats."

"Loved my room with jacuzzi bath, but there was no fridge in room. Breakfast was good but slow to recieved ordered products. The restaurant was also good for dinner. Could hear trains but wasn’t too bad. Bed was very comfortable easy walk to supermarket."

"Clean quite cool and comfortable. Well located and polite helpful staff. Parking the first time is a bit of a circus but follow the gos and it will get you there. Once parked just walk as everything is right behind the hotel. I’d stay there again next time I visit."
