"Staff were fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Thought it was a nice touch that they had put on a special drinks menu for the concert we were attending. Room was clean, specious and comfortable. Would recommend their bar for drinks as the mojito I had was perfect. This is the ideal place to stay if you are ever in Wembley. Would 100% stay again."

"Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"Amazing location for Wembley, only hotel guests were allowed in the bar after the gig which made it comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable"

"The room was very spacious for my self and my 2 daughters The staff could not do any more to help Breakfast included had plenty choice. Unfortunately we were not able to use the included club lounge as closed very early in the evening and the air conditioning very poor which possibly caused the musty smell in the room."

"Pros: room is clean, staff friendly, shops nearby Cons: bathroom is too small. The sink/vanity in bathroom is so small and shallow that it is not possible to use. Don't close the sliding foldable door for shower fully because there is no handle from the shower side to open it."

"One Bathroom shower was too hot no matter what setting you move it to, the other shower was very small. Cleanliness needs improving and the rooms presentation also needs improvement"

"Good base to get to Wembley Park for a concert. Parking is a massive advantage. Clean room, a little small but who needs lots of space to sleep. Would recommend 😊"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Great apartment, very clean and so convenient for staying away for a week for work. Supermarket nearby for the essentials, parking space and no noise of slamming doors like you get in a hotel. Will book again for my next trip."

"I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

"The service was terrible. If you wanted to eat dinner on the night a tour group was eating dinner. The menu was limited. Getting ice from the bar was like pulling teeth. Staff were not friendly Never staying at this hotel again. The worst Hilton property EVER."
