"The service was terrible. If you wanted to eat dinner on the night a tour group was eating dinner. The menu was limited. Getting ice from the bar was like pulling teeth. Staff were not friendly Never staying at this hotel again. The worst Hilton property EVER."

"Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"Pros: room is clean, staff friendly, shops nearby Cons: bathroom is too small. The sink/vanity in bathroom is so small and shallow that it is not possible to use. Don't close the sliding foldable door for shower fully because there is no handle from the shower side to open it."

"One Bathroom shower was too hot no matter what setting you move it to, the other shower was very small. Cleanliness needs improving and the rooms presentation also needs improvement"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Great apartment, very clean and so convenient for staying away for a week for work. Supermarket nearby for the essentials, parking space and no noise of slamming doors like you get in a hotel. Will book again for my next trip."

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, cute, and a calm, family atmosphere. They let us drop our bags early, and the delicious prepaid breakfast is a great deal. The outdoor patio is great for a late night wind-down, and it’s across the street from a bus stop. Walkable to Wembley, and next door to peri peri chicken spots and a tesco convenience store. There’s about a 10 minute walk to a tube station. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The hotel is new and well maintained. There is bus stop in front of the hotel and metro is very close."
