"Everything was ok for the money, the only negatives were the automatic door pusher in my room was no functioning properly, it kept slamming my door with brutal force and I assume the other rooms had the same problem because I kept hearing doors being slammed. The other negative was the strong food smell coming from the building next door. The fan was too small it barely blow air."

"Had to wait 10 mins to check in, as there was no one on reception at 3pm. Spoke to a cleaner, who wasn't prepared to help, or find a member staff to help check us in. Rip off parking prices."

"When got to St George only 1 person checking people in so took time, then to be told I was on 5th floor and the lift wasn’t working so had to use the stairs. But did ask if we wanted to be moved and moved us to the 3rd floor. On Saturday morning only 1 person doing breakfast and ordered four and got 2 then 15 minutes later got the other 2, plus ask for one breakfast to have no beans but all came out with beans, so didn’t listen to the customer, the rest of the staff in the morning wasn’t helpful...

"A really poor hotel which I stayed for 40mins and then left. Dirty, dusty and very poor furnishings. I booked the Ark around the corner which was the same price and was light years better. There is a large sign saying music goes on till 2am on the weekends."

"I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful. Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure. The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. "

I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand. What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely...

"We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more."

"Dirty old not worth it"

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."
